Equipment Needed:

This is a full-contact spring season, so all players will need; stick, goggles, mouthpiece, and gloves (if preferred). We will provide team uniforms and a practice jersey through the team costs. Players will also have the option to buy their uniforms or shorts.

Season Objectives:

During the spring season we will try and focus more on specific player positions and responsibilities for that position since games will be a regulation format. Coaches will still put emphasis on proper player fundamentals and position-specific techniques (i.e. throwing with both hands) so that the players are learning the game properly. The spring season will be more structured than the off-season sessions, but with the same mentality of providing a fun, non discriminatory place to learn lacrosse.
