Jack Frost Lacrosse is back for it's fourth year in a row in Charlotte and Matthews, NC! The fall program is designed to provide players of all levels, from the beginner to the all star, a place to come learn and develop in the game of lacrosse from experienced coaches and have some fun!

Jack Frost Lacrosse Summary:

Our Winter Lacrosse Leagues are aimed at providing an enjoyable lacrosse experience to players of all abilities.  We believe that if the players are "enjoying" lacrosse, then they will continue to work on the game in their off-time.  We will focus on teaching the proper techniques and fundamentals of the game. 

All players will be required to use a "short" stick during our fall program.  Players can learn and improve at a faster pace by using a short stick.  The skills acquired with a short stick are easily transferred to a "long stick."  Since, all players will have a short stick, this will require all team members to play offense and defense.

We will work on the skill sets for each position and then put the players into drills where they will have to replicate what they just learned.  When we have finished our skills section of practice, we will then break up into small sided games, 5 v 5 or 7 v 7.  At TBLax, we believe that playing on small fields forces players to be fundamentally sound and provides a chance for all players to be involved during game situations.

Most importantly, we have a relaxed atmosphere that fosters "FUN" for players of all experience.  This allows players to be comfortable and to try new things without the fear of being yelled at or ridiculed.  As we all know, sometimes mistakes are the best way to learn!

Cost:

GRADES Pre-K through 2 - Co-ed players in our tykes division will be $75/per 4 week session. Cost includes; experienced coaching from div. I-III coaches and players, field rentals, and a tblax shirt.

BOYS and GIRLS G 3 - 12 - All other players in our Jack Frost league will be $200/per 8 week session. Cost includes; experienced coaching from div I-III coaches and players, field rentals, and a tblax jersey.

Weather Policy/Cancellations and Refunds:

All cancellations, or changes to the schedule will be posted in advance on Turn and Burn's homepage, the top of this page and WCWAA's Jack Frost Homepage.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY LACROSSE PROGRAM OR EVENT UNLESS:

1) EVENT IS CANCELED WITH NO RE-SCHEDULE DATE

2) EMAIL NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS BEFORE START DATE

2) ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE START DATE WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT TO THEIR ACCOUNT (MINUS $25 ADMIN FEE). THIS CREDIT WILL ONLY BE HONORED FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS/INJURIES AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A DOCTOR'S MEDICAL NOTE.
