* "Beat the whistle,” both offense and defense. Players must hussle to be in postion offensively and on thier man defensively prior to the whistle being blown.
* Communication is vital to success for both offense and defense. The more that your team communicates, the better they will be.
* Coaching scenarios: Best player with the ball after a time out? 2 minutes left down by a goal and vice-versa
* Coaching Pace: Don’t rush the game, the coach is the leader of the team, your team will respond to your energy and body language.
