Individual Lessons"From the Beginner to the All-Star and everyone in between."
Breakdown of LessonsThese one hour sessions are specialized training based on the players skills and abilities. During these sessions we will concentrate on the proper Fundamentals, including Passing, Catching, Dodging, Shooting, Speed and Agility, and specialized skills or position i.e. "Face-offs and Goalies" if desired. Lessons are a great way for a beginner to get started with lacrosse. The lessons will provide each player with a solid foundation of proper fundamentals and general lacrosse knowledge. Beginners will be taught the proper mechanics of cradling, throwing, catching, groundballs, shooting, and generalized position work. Lessons are also a great way for expierenced players to "fine-tune" thier game. When we are working with expierenced players, we will evaluate thier skill sets and focus on eliminating any "bad-habits", strengthening any weakness and improving on the players strengths.
