Current Tournaments and Events:

Jacksonville Shootout - Turn and Burn will be bringing "Team Heat", a High School Travel Team to the Jacksonville Shootout on November 7th and 8th.

2nd Annual Lax-off your Turkey Friday - A canned food charity event that takes place the Friday after Thanksgiving. This event is open to all boys grades 6-12 and all girls grades 5-12.

Queen City Royal Rumble - Turn and Burn's first annual 8 v 8 high school girls tournament on Saturday, December 5th at MARA

Duke Snowflake Tournament - Turn and Burn will be taking two teams to the Snowflake tournament this year. We will be taking one team up on Saturday, December 5th for boys in grades 3-5 and a separate team on Sunday, December 6th for boys in grades 6-8.

Coaching Coaches:

Based on over twenty years of playing and coaching college lacrosse, the staff at Turn and Burn  can assist you and your program in any stage of development. We offer, guidance and assistance to both individual coaches as well as youth and high school organizations.

Turn and Burn can provide assistance in the following ways:

• Proven methods & drills to develop fundamentals required for shooting, passing, catching, ground balls, and dodging.

• Establishing effective offensive and defensive strategy’s.

• Organizing and executing a proper practice plan.

• Executing a winning game plan.

• Special situations: Extra Man Offense, Man Down Defense, 2 minutes left in the game and down by a goal.

• Skilled positions: proven drills and techniques for goalies and face-offs.
